基于兴趣引导的高职院校人才培养质量整体提升机制研究

摘要 立足高职院校办学特色,以兴趣引导为主线,通过建立三层次学习团队创建专业兴趣培养体系,通过搭设技能竞赛平台构建专业技能提升体系,通过实施匠人培育工程建立职业素质养成体系,通过建立育人管控和激励体系保障提升机制落到实处,由此形成一套兴趣引导的课内与课外联动、校内与校外互补、专业能力提升与职业素质养成融合的一体化人才培养质量整体提升机制。 Based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,with interest guidance as the main line,through the establishment of three-level learning team to create professional interest training system,through the establishment of skills competition platform to build professional skills upgrading system,through the implementation of the craftsman training project to establish professional quality development system,through the establishment of education control and incentive system to ensure the implementation of the promotion mechanism,thus forming a set of interest-guided in-class and extracurricular linkage,school and outside complementary,professional ability and professional quality training integration of the overall promotion mechanism.
