摘要
教师应用能力高低决定着学生应用能力情况。在介绍宿州学院地矿类教师现状的基础上,分析现阶段地矿教师能力培养的现状,存在轻视应用能力、轻视实践教学和校企合作对教师能力提升作用不大等问题。提出教师应用能力提升的策略,鼓励企业给教师提供学习岗位、加强实践体系建设和改变职称晋升制度等能够一定程度上提高教师的应用能力。研究旨在为类似的应用型高校提供积极的参考作用。
Teachers’application ability determines students’application ability.Based on the introduction of the present situation of the geology and mineral teachers in Suzhou College,this paper analyzes the present situation of the geology and mineral teachers’ability training at the present stage.This paper puts forward the strategies to improve teachers’application ability,encourages enterprises to provide teachers with learning posts,strengthens the construction of practice system and changes the professional title promotion system,which can improve teachers’application ability to a certain extent.The research aims to provide positive reference for similar applied universities.
