摘要 针对示波记录仪因其输入通道多、采样数据量大、软件功能复杂导致波形刷新率低、显示方式单一的问题,提出了基于FPGA实现数据采集与处理的方法。首先介绍了正常、峰值、高分辨率、平均等4种模式的采样原理,其次结合FPGA并行运算特点对部分算法进行优化设计,最后采用流水线结构及FPGA内部IP核实现4种采集方式并进行逻辑功能验证。将4种采集方式应用到具有128个输入通道的示波记录仪中,测试结果表明:4种采集模式功能均正确,峰值模式下可捕获毛刺信号,高分辨率模式可节省50%的IP核资源,平均模式下可进一步提高波形刷新率。 In view of the problems of low waveform refresh rate and single display mode of the Oscilloscope and Recorder due to its many input channels,large amount of sampling data and complex software functions,A method of data acquisition and processing based on FPGA is proposed.Firstly,the acquisition mode of normal,peak,high resolution and average modes are introduced.Secondly,some algorithms are optimized according to the parallel operation characteristics of the FPGA.Finally,four acquisition modes are realized by pipeline structure and IP core in FPGA,and their logical functions are verified.Four acquisition methods are applied to oscilloscope and recorder with 128input channels.The test results show that the functions of the four acquisition modes are correct,the glitch signals can be captured in peak mode,IP core resources can be saved by 50%in high resolution mode,and waveform refresh rate can be further improved in average mode.
