摘要
阐述了新时代工匠精神的内涵,高职生工匠精神培养刻不容缓的重要性,通过问卷调查了高职生新时代工匠精神培养存在的现状和问题。高职生工匠精神的培育要打造"双师型"教师队伍,改变教学模式,加强思政教育,深化校企合作,将工匠精神培育贯穿教学全过程。
This paper expounds the connotation of the craftsman spirit now,and the urgent importance of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the higher vocational students.Through the questionnaire survey,the current situation and problems of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the higher vocational students in the new era are investigated.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational college students should build"double qualified"teachers,change teaching mode,strengthen ideological and political education,deepen school enterprise cooperation,and cultivate craftsmanship spirit throughout the whole teaching process.
