基于模型的系统工程方法在反应堆流体力学试验的应用探索

摘要 以模拟燃料组件水力特性试验的模型研发与试验过程为对象,针对反应堆试验研发的共性问题,探索了基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)方法在反应堆流体力学试验领域的应用。基于国产核反应堆统一建模与分析平台NUMAP,开展流体力学试验模型搭建和流程模板化梳理,开发了模拟燃料组件协同设计仿真系统,实现参数化地试验系统设计和仿真。验证结果表明,协同设计仿真系统模型驱动的设计结果与传统文档驱动的结果相近,涵盖了试验设计实施的全流程,具有友好的人机交互方式,显著提高了设计分析效率且拥有较高精度,具有重要的工程价值,为未来反应堆数字化试验应用奠定了基础。 The application of model based system engineering(MBSE)in the field of reactor fluid dynamics experiment is explored for the common problems in the reactor experiment.A collaborative design and simulation system has been developed using domestic nuclear reactor unified modeling and analysis platform NUMAP to develop fluid dynamics models and realize the parametric design and simulation.The verification shows that the result of the collaborative design and simulation system is similar to that of the traditional document-driven.The system has a good interactive interface,which significantly improves the efficiency of design and analysis and has a high accuracy.And this work provides a foundation for the future application of digital experiment.
