基于单片机的恒压/恒流可调高压电源

摘要 本文设计了一种可恒流、恒压控制且可预置高压电流和电压的便携式静电高压电源,以满足便携式美容仪器的静电喷涂高压电源的需要。该高压脉冲变压器采用单边驱动方式,其中驱动窄脉冲信号源由AVR单片机提供,高压端电流采集信号与MCU形成闭环控制系统,微调窄脉冲脉冲宽度,实现恒流控制;高压端电压采集信号与单片机构成电压采集闭环控制,改变单边升压电路的供电电压,实现高压恒压控制。并利用PID控制算法,恒流、恒压控制能够达到快速稳定输出电流或电压的效果。设计的高压电源,输出稳定性高、抗干扰能力强,提高了静电喷涂设备的喷涂效果和续航能力。 This article presents the design of a portable electrostatic high-voltage power supply capable of constant current and constant voltage control,as well as presetting high-voltage current and voltage,to meet the needs of electrostatic spraying high-voltage power sources for portable beauty instruments.The high-voltage pulse transformer employs a single-side drive method,where the driving narrow pulse signal source is provided by an AVR microcontroller.A closed-loop control system is formed between the high-voltage side current acquisition signal and the MCU,which fine-adjusts the narrow pulse width to achieve constant current control.Similarly,the high-voltage side voltage acquisition signal forms a voltage acquisition closed-loop control with the microcontroller,adjusting the power supply voltage of the single-side boosting circuit to achieve high-voltage constant voltage control.By utilizing the PID control algorithm,the constant current and constant voltage control can achieve rapid and stable output current or voltage.The designed high-voltage power supply exhibits high output stability,strong anti-interference capability,and improved spraying effect and battery life for electrostatic spraying equipment.
