摘要
随着建筑工业化的发展,国家对建筑绿色性能的要求逐渐提高。装配式建筑符合绿色建筑发展的要求,但关于装配式建筑绿色性评价的研究较少,根据最新实施的GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》和装配式建筑的特点,从施工技术、资源利用、环境保护、管理机制和社会和谐五个方面对装配式绿色建筑进行分析。用网络层次分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)建立装配式建筑绿色性评价指标体系并确定各指标权重,使用模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy)对装配式建筑的绿色等级进行评价。从不同的角度为装配式建筑的绿色性评价提供了参考。
With the development of industrialization of buildings,requirements for green performance of buildings are higher and higher in China.Although prefabricated buildings can meet green building development demand,there are less researches on the evaluation.According to the newly implemented G B/T 50378—2019 Assessment Standard for G reen Building and features of prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes the prefabricated buildings from the five aspects including construction technology,resource utilization,environmental protection,management mechanism and social harmony.Analytic Network Process(ANP)is applied to establish the greenness evaluation index system for prefabricated buildings and determine all index weights.Besides,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(Fuzzy)is also used to evaluate the greenness rate of the prefabricated buildings to provide reference for their green evaluation.
