摘要
在国家持续推进经济社会可持续发展的背景下,高能耗、高污染的传统建筑行业发展方式难以为继。分析了预制装配式建筑和绿色施工的相互关系,以及BIM技术在绿色施工中的作用;从参建单位的统筹与协调、设计方案的绿色施工可行性、绿色施工管理前置、施工过程动态管理、绿色施工后评价等方面,对基于BIM技术的预制装配式建筑绿色施工发展提出建议;以某装配式住宅小区为例进行分析。结果表明,预制装配式建筑与绿色施工理念的契合度很高;推广应用预制装配式建筑绿色施工是建筑行业转型发展的一种有效途径;充分恰当地应用BIM技术,能够切实提高预制装配式建筑绿色施工的实施效果,提升企业核心竞争力。
In the context of the country’s continued advancement of sustainable economic and social development,the traditional construction industry with high energy consumption and high pollution is unable to continue its development.The relationship between prefabricated buildings and green construction,and the role of BIM technology in green construction were analyzed;suggestions were proposed for the development of green construction of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology,in terms of the overall planning and coordination of participating units,the green construction feasibility of the design scheme,the green construction management front,the dynamic management of the construction process,and post-evaluation of green construction,etc.;a prefabricated residential area is analyzed.The results show that the prefabricated building has a high degree of consistency with the green construction concept,promoting the green construction of prefabricated building is an effective way for the transformation development of the construction industry.The full and proper application of BIM technology can effectively improve the implementation effect of green construction of prefabricated building,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
