二甲双胍与炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及其对性激素、血糖的影响

摘要 目的研究多囊卵巢综合征患者接受二甲双胍+炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗后对血糖、性激素的影响。方法选择90例多囊卵巢综合征患者进行治疗研究,采用双盲法将多囊卵巢综合征患者分为甲组(45例,炔雌醇环丙孕酮片)与乙组(45例,二甲双胍+炔雌醇环丙孕酮片),对比患者情况。结果治疗后,乙组患者疗效、激素水平、血糖情况均优于甲,P<0.05。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者接受二甲双胍+炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗方案,效果更为显著,具有优势。
