Hpv,Scc,HE4,ca125联合检测在宫颈癌诊断中的应用

摘要 目的对HPV,SCC,HE4,CA125联合检测在宫颈癌诊断中的应用效果进行分析。方法本次研究选择了2019年7月至2020年2月期间于院内实施了宫颈癌治疗的25例患者作为宫颈癌组,同时选择了同时期当中于院内进行了健康体检的25例体检健康者作为对照组,对两个组别中患者实施HPV,SCC,HE4,CA125联合检测方式,对比两个组别研究对象的HPV和SCC、CA125、HE4水平以及HPV阳性检出率。结果对照组中患者的HPV和SCC、CA125、HE4水平均低于宫颈癌组,两组中数据进行对比之后具备意义(P<0.05)。对照组中患者的HPV阳性检出率显著低于宫颈癌组,两组中数据进行对比之后具备意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌患者实施HPV,SCC,HE4,CA125联合检测具有较高的诊断价值,能够为患者临床治疗赢得时间。
