摘要
目的分析小青龙汤合玉屏风散治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年8月—2021年8月收治的小儿喘息性支气管炎患者60例,按治疗方式不同将其分为两组。对照组30例采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组30例采用小青龙汤合玉屏风散治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、症状消失时间及治疗前后的免疫功能指标水平、炎性因子水平等。结果观察组的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肺部啰音、喘鸣音、咳嗽、气促消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的各项免疫功能指标水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喘息性支气管炎患儿采用小青龙汤合玉屏风散治疗,可快速缓解症状,改善其炎性因子、免疫功能指标水平,疗效理想,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder on asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 60 pediatric asthmatic bronchitis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment.30 cases in the control group were treated with Montelukast sodium,and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder.The therapeutic effect,symptom disappearance time and the immune function indexes and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales,wheezing,cough,shortness of breath and other symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of various immune function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis children can relieve symptoms quickly,improve the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function indicators,and has ideal curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
