摘要
目的探究快速康复外科理念护理结合核心稳定性训练对老年胸腰椎压缩骨折术后康复效果的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月我院收治的104例老年胸腰椎压缩骨折患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科理念护理联合核心稳定性训练。比较两组的腰椎功能、平衡功能及疼痛程度。结果术后1、3个月,观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数、疼痛视觉模拟评分均比对照组低,日本骨科协会量表评分比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的伯格平衡量表评分比对照组高,“起立-行走”计时测试时间比对照组短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念护理结合核心稳定性训练可帮助老年胸腰椎压缩骨折术后患者进一步恢复腰椎功能,缓解疼痛程度,改善其平衡能力。
Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept nursing combined with core stability training on the postoperative rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods 104 elderly patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgery concept nursing combined with core stability training.Compare the levels of lumbar spine function,balance function,and pain between two groups.Results 1 month and 3 months after surgery,the Oswestry Disability Index,pain Visual Analogue Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scale scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of surgery,the Berg Balance Scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Timed Up and Go Test time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept nursing and core stability training can help elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures to further restore lumbar function,alleviate pain,and improve their balance ability after surgery.
