摘要
目的分析在消化道出血患者中应用基于健康信念模式的饮食指导联合延续性护理的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月普定县中医医院收治的60例消化道出血患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以基于健康信念模式的饮食指导联合延续性护理。对比两组的自我管理能力、营养指标、不良事件。结果护理后,观察组成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表各项评分及血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化道出血患者中实施基于健康信念模式的饮食指导联合延续性护理,有助于改善其自我管理能力和营养水平,可减少不良事件的发生。
Objective Analysis of the impact of applying dietary guidance based on a health belief model combined with continuing nursing in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Selecting 60 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Puding County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received dietary guidance based on a health belief model combined with continuing nursing.Compare the self-management ability,nutritional indicators,and adverse events between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had higher scores on the Adult Health Self-Management Skill Rating Scale and levels of hemoglobin,plasma albumin,and transferrin than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing ietary guidance based on a health belief model combined with continuing nursing in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding can help improve self-management ability and nutritional levels,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
