摘要
针对调度指令编制、安全校核工作完全依赖人工的现状,提出将设备检修作业、电网方式调整等文本信息进行处理,利用自然语言处理技术对文本进行分拆、解析为标准的电网状态术语,并结合电网业务知识库模型,自动生成调度操作任务和具体调度指令的方法,开发与SCADA系统共享实时数据、与调度信息管理系统集成的智能调度操作票系统,结合研究成果在某地区电网使用实践,证明系统能极大的提升电网调度操作的智能性、安全性和便捷性。
Based on the current situation that dispatching instructions and safety verification work are completely dependent on manual work,this paper puts forward a method of processing text information such as equipment maintenance work and grid status adjustment,splitting and analyzing the text information into standard grid status terms using natural language processing technology.Combined with a model of power grid business knowledge base and an instruction that dispatching operation tasks and instructions are automatically generated,the intelligent dispatching sheet system is developed which shares real-time data with the SCADA system and integrates with the dispatching information management system.Combined with the research results application in a regional power grid,it is proved that the intelligent dispatching sheet system can greatly improve the intelligence,security and convenience of power grid dispatching operation.
