摘要
花椒是重要的调味料,又是重要的生态经济树种。通过对河北省花椒栽培、管理、病虫害防治、自然灾害防御及产品加工、销售发展现状及存在问题的分析,提出了河北省花椒产业应加强新品种选育、进行标准化技术示范推广、促进花椒精深加工与新产品开发的建议。
Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim is not only an important seasoning but also an important ecological and economic tree. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim cultivation,management,disease and pest control,natural disaster prevention,product processing and marketing in Hebei Province,some suggestions were put forward that the Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim industry in Hebei province should strengthen the breeding of new varieties,carry out standardized technology demonstration and popularization, and promote the deep processing and new product development of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.
