多因素Logistic回归分析显示,SBCE通过幽门时间>45min(OR=2.122,P=0.043)、胆汁反流(OR=3.846,P=0.003)、钩虫(OR=3.704,P=0.033)或寄生虫(钩虫、蛔虫)(OR=5.215,P=0.003)是UCSE的危险因素。
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of unfinished complete small-bowel examination(UCSE)by small bowel capsule endoscopy(SBCE).Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 397 patients undergoing OMOM SBCE in two clinical centers in central and south China from March 2007 to August 2018.Results:The rate of complete small-bowel examination was 89.4%by SBCE.In the UCSE group, there was a significantly longer time to pass through pylorus than that in the complete small-bowel examination group(81.39 min vs 48.04 min,P=0.002).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that more than 45 minutes of SBCE passing through pylorus(OR=2.122,P=0.043),bile reflux(OR=3.846,P=0.003),and intestinal hookworm(OR=3.704,P=0.033)or parasite(intestinal hookworm and intestinal ascariasis)(OR=5.215,P=0.003)were risk factors for UCSE.Conclusion:More than 45 min of SBCE passing through pylorus, bile reflux, and intestinal hookworm or parasite(intestinal hookworm and intestinal ascariasis)are the risk factors for UCSE.
