摘要
结合有机染料分子化学结构及氧化还原稳定等特点,采用一种有机染料分子颜料紫23(DP)作为锂电池正极材料,通过进行了一系列表征测试研究其性能。通过傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪(FT-IR)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)测试表征材料基本结构,采用不同活性物质比例、电压范围、隔膜选择三种对比方式确定DP正极材料的最佳测试参数。结果表明:基于DP正极的锂电池表现出高的比容量和良好的循环性能及倍率性能,在10mA/g电流下首圈放电比容量达143mAh/g;在50mA/g电流下的124圈循环中,其比容量保持率达到46.2%。这也表明有机染料分子DP在锂电池正极上的良好电化学性能表现,为传统纺织用染料分子开拓了具有潜力的新应用道路。
Based on the characteristics of organic dye molecular chemical structure and redox stability,an organic dye molecule,pigment purple 23(DP),was used as the cathode material of lithium battery,and its performance was studied through a series of characterization tests.Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrometer(FT-IR)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD)were used to characterize the basic structure of the material,and the optimum test parameters of DP cathode material were determined by using three comparison methods,namely,different active substance ratios,voltage ranges and diaphragm selection.The results showed that the lithium battery based on DP cathode exhibited high specific capacity,good cycle performance and multiplying performance.The specific capacity of the first cycle discharge reached 143mAh/g at 10mA/g current;In 124cycles under 50mA/g current,the specific capacity retention rate was up to 46.2%.This also indicated that the organic dye molecule DP had good electrochemical performance on the cathode of lithium battery,which opened up a new potential application path for traditional textile dye molecules.
