聚氨酯NCO/OH值对低发射率涂层耐环境性能的影响

摘要 为了探究聚氨酯树脂中NCO/OH值对涂层红外低发射率涂层耐环境性能的影响,优选3种不同NCO/OH值的聚氨酯作为粘合剂制备涂层,并对其进行红外发射率(8~14μm)测试、力学性能测试、电子显微镜(SEM)测试、耐环境性能测试、发射率与附着力的跟踪测试等。结果表明:较高的NCO/OH比例保证树脂双组分之间可以充分地交联,最终形成致密的交联网状结构,对提升涂层的耐环境性能具有积极作用。 In order to explore the effect of NCO/OH value of polyurethane resin on the environmental resistance of low-emissivity coatings,three kinds of polyurethanes with different NCO/OH values were selected as binders to prepare coatings.The infrared emissivity(8~14μm)test,scanning electron microscope(SEM)test,mechanical property test,environmental resistant performance as well as the tracking test of emissivity and adhesion were conducted.The results showed that the higher NCO/OH ratio ensured sufficient cross-linking between two components of resin,and finally formed a dense cross-linked network structure,thereby improving the environmental resistance of the coating.
