基于碳达峰碳中和的新城环境空气臭氧污染特性及来源解析:以陕西省秦汉新城为例

摘要 深入分析城市化过程中基于碳达峰碳中和的环境空气臭氧污染特性及时空演化规律,对于新兴的低碳城市内精细化规划与管理具有重要意义。基于新兴城市大气监控点位的监测数据与3S技术,分析区域臭氧污染特征,以陕西省秦汉新城为典型新兴城市,分析温度、相对湿度和风向风速等气象因子以及前体物(NO_(x)和VOCs)对臭氧的影响。结果表明:1)秦汉新城臭氧超标日中污染以轻度污染为主,逐渐有加重趋势,且臭氧污染主要集中在5—9月;2)臭氧浓度日变化呈单峰型,最高值出现在15:00~18:00,最低值在06:00左右,夜间由于温度和辐射影响基本维持较低水平,且与城市早晚交通高峰期密切相关;3)臭氧浓度变化与气象因素存在密切相关性。研究成果对改善新城及周边地区空气质量、制定臭氧污染控制策略有一定参考。 In-depth analysis of the characteristics and spatial-temporal evolution of atmospheric ozone pollution based on carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the process of urbanization is of great significance for refined plan and management of emerging low-carbon cities.Based on the monitoring data of atmospheric monitoring points in emerging cities and 3S technology,the characteristics of regional ozone pollution were analyzed.Taking the typical emerging city Qinhan New City in Shaanxi Province as an the example,the effects of meteorological factors such as temperature,relative humidity,wind direction and speed as well as precursors(NO_(x)and VOCs)on ozone were analyzed.The results show that:1)the main pollution in the days of excessive ozone in Qinhan New Town is light pollution,which gradually tend to increase,in addition,the ozone pollution is mainly concentrated from May to September;2)the diurnal variation of O_(3)-8 h concentration shows a single peak,and the highest value is at about 15:00—18:00,and the lowest value is at 06:00.Ozone concentration at night basically maintains a low level due to temperature and radiation,and is closely related to the morning and evening traffic peaks in the City;3)the change of O_(3)-8 h concentration is closely related to meteorological factors.This research has great application value for improving air quality in new cities and its surrounding areas and formulating ozone pollution control strategies.
