Determination of 10 algal toxins in water By UHPLC-MS/MS

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定水中10种藻毒素的含量.水样经过聚四氟乙烯亲水滤膜过滤后,采用BEH C18柱(1.7μm,2.1 mm×100 mm)分离,以超高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子源正离子多反映模式进行检测,外标法定量.10种目标物在0—50μg·L-1浓度范围内线性相关系数在0.99以上,方法检出限为0.08—0.33μg·L-1,在1、10、20μg·L-1的3个水平添加浓度时,其平均回收率在71.32%—114.59%,相对标准偏差为0.77%—9.76%. UHPLC-MS/MS was applied to the determination of 10 algal toxins in water. After filtration with hydrophilic polytrafluoroethylene filter membrane, the water sample were separated by BEH C18 chromatographic column(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm), detected by UHPLC-electrospray positive ionization(ESI+) with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM), and quantified by external standard method. The linear relationships of 10 algal toxins were good in the range of 0—50 μg·L-1, the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.99, and the detection limit of the method was 0.08—0.33 μg·L-1. The average recoveries at 3 spiked levels(1, 10, 20 μg·L-1) were 71.32%—114.59%, with the relative standard deviation of 0.77%—9.76%.
