摘要
为了加速提高我国肉羊品种优质化进程,解决肉羊品种质量低下、产肉率低、肉质品质欠佳等制约我国肉羊品种发展的问题,试验通过对羊肌内脂肪含量分子标记研究,在CAPN基因上寻找与羊肌内脂肪含量相关的多态性位点,开展CAPN1和CAPN2上的两个多态性位点C724A和A601G与羊肉肌内脂肪相关性研究。结果表明:CAPN1和CAPN2上的两个多态性位点C724A和A601G与羊肉肌内脂肪明显相关。说明这两个分子标记可以作为培育优质肉用或肉毛兼用德国美利奴羊品种时的分子标记参考。
In order to speed up the process of improving the quality of China’s meat sheep breeds,and to solve the problems of low quality,slow growth rate,low meat production rate and poor meat quality of farmers raising sheep breeds,the development of China’s sheep breeds,especially meat breed sheep,has long relied The problem of foreign imports.Using the Merino sheep breed introduced from China,based on the existing technology,the CAPN gene was used to find polymorphic loci related to the fat content in sheep muscle.Among the 15 polymorphic loci retrieved in the prior art,two polymorphic loci C724 A and A601 G on CAPN1 and CAPN2 were found to be significantly associated with intramuscular fat in mutton.These two molecular markers can be used as a reference when breeding German Merino sheep breeds of high quality meat or meat and hair.The application of reagents for detecting CAPN1 and/or CAPN2 gene polymorphism in sheep breeding is provided.
