摘要
目的系统评价ICU患者身体约束期间真实体验的质性研究。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Scopus、EBSCO及中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中ICU患者身体约束体验相关的质性研究,检索时间均为建库至2020年12月。应用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2016版)对纳入研究进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法整合结果。结果共纳入8项研究,提炼37个主要结果,归纳形成8个新类别,得出3个整合结果:负性心理应激为主导的身心体验、患者身体约束体验的负性因素、患者的感悟与成长。结论ICU护士应加强人文关怀,重视患者心理健康;探究负性因素,持续改进护理质量;倾听患者心声,关注患者预后健康。
Objective To systematically review the qualitative studies of the real experience of ICU patients during physical restraint.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Scopus,EBSCO,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP database,and China Biomedical Database were searched for related qualitative research.The search time was from the establishment of the database to December 2020.The quality evaluation of the included studies was performed using the Australian JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center Qualitative Research Quality Evaluation Standard(2016 edition),and the results were integrated using collection and integration method.Results A total of 8 studies were included,37 main results were refined,8 new categories were formed,and 3 integrated results were obtained:negative psychological stress-led physical and mental experience,negative factors of patient restraint experience,patient perception and growing up.Conclusion ICU nurses should strengthen humanistic care and pay attention to patients’psychological health;explore negative factors and continuously improve nursing quality;listen to patients and pay attention to prognosis health.
