摘要
目的调查了解口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者孤独感现状与电子健康素养的关系。方法选取沈阳地区5所三级甲等医院口腔颌面外科恶性肿瘤患者124例为调查对象,采用加州大学洛杉矶分校(Univesity of California at Los Angels,UCLA)孤独感量表、电子健康素养量表进行统计调查,采用逐步回归分析孤独感的影响因素。结果口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者孤独感、电子健康素养得分分别为(47.65±4.55)分、(20.83±5.89)分。回归分析发现,健康信息资源获取渠道数(β=-0.260,P<0.01)、电子健康素养(β=-0.355,P<0.01)、家庭月收入(β=-0.178,P<0.01)、上网频率(β=-0.191,P<0.01)、与亲人商讨利用网络搜寻卫生资源(β=-0.156,P<0.01)是影响口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者孤独感的重要因素。结论口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者孤独感有一定的特征,健康信息资源获取渠道数、电子健康素养、家庭月收入、上网频率与亲人商讨利用网络搜寻卫生资源影响口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者的孤独感。电子健康素养可改善患者的孤独感,在进行心理干预时应充分利用电子健康素养的优势。
Objective To investigate the relationship between loneliness and eHealth literacy in maxillofacial malignant tumor patients.Methods A total of 124 maxillofacial malignant tumor patients in department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shenyang were enrolled and investigated by Univesity of California at Los Angels(UCLA)loneliness scale and eHealth literacy scale.The effect factors of loneliness were analyzed by regression analysis.Results The total score of loneliness and eHealth literacy of maxillofacial malignant tumor patients was(47.65±4.55)and(20.83±5.89),respectively.Regression analysis showed that the number of channels for obtaining health information(β=-0.260,P<0.01),eHealth literacy(β=-0.355,P<0.01),family monthly income(β=-0.178,P<0.01),internet use frequency(β=-0.191,P<0.01),and discussion with family members about using internet to find health resources(β=-0.156,P<0.01)were the main influencing factors of loneliness of maxillofacial malignant tumor patients.Conclusion The loneliness of the maxillofacial malignant tumor patients has certain demographic characteristics.The eHealth literacy can improve the patient’s loneliness,the advantages of eHealth literacy should be used in psychological intervention.
