摘要
目的探讨基于医院感染防控epic3指南护理终端对重症患者的护理效果及预防院内感染风险的效果。方法将2019-05/2021-05月作者医院重症医学科收治的重症患者202例进行研究。按照随机数表法分为应用组(n=101)和对照组(n=101)。应用组给予基于epic3指南的护理终端管理,对照组给予常规护理终端管理。比较两组一般资料、护理效果、治疗时间和院内感染发生率等情况。结果应用组101例患者中有7例病例脱落,剩余94例。对照组101例患者中有5例病例脱落剩余96例。两组患者年龄、性别等一般资料对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。应用组应用抗生素时间、入住重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)时间、住院时间和院内感染发生后持续时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。应用组院内感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。应用组护理质量评分和护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于epic3指南的护理终端用于重症患者护理可明显改善护理质量,提高护理满意度,缩短治疗时间和院内感染发生后持续时间,降低院内感染的风险。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing effects and preventing nosocomial infection risk of nursing terminal on severe patients based on epic3 guidelines of prevention and control of hospital infection.Methods A total of 202 patients with severe illness admitted to emergency department in authors′hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were studied and randomly divided into application group(n=101)and control group(n=101).The application group received epic3-based nursing terminal management,and the control group received routine nursing terminal management.The general data,nursing effect,treatment time and incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results There were 7 cases fell off and 94 remained among 101 patients in the application group.In the control group,there were 5 cases fell off and 96 remained.There was no significant difference in age,gender and other general conditions between the two groups(P>0.05).The duration of antibiotic use,intensive care unit(ICU)stay,hospital stay and duration of nosocomial infection in the application group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in application group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction score of the application group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion epic3-based nursing terminal can significantly improve nursing quality,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten the duration of treatment and the duration of nosocomial infection,and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
