摘要
目的分析2010-2019年焦作市法定传染病的流行特征和变化趋势,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法收集《传染病报告信息管理系统》中2010-2019年焦作市法定传染病疫情资料,采用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果2010-2019年焦作市法定传染病年均发病率为682.09/10万,年均死亡率为0.95/10万,甲、乙类传染病发病率呈下降趋势,丙类传染病则呈上升趋势,4-7月和11-12月是丙类传染病高发季节。男女报告发病率性别比为1.34∶1;0~4岁组发病最多,占发病总数的32.70%;发病人群以农民、散居儿童、家务及待业为主。城区发病率较高。10年来肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病呈波动上升趋势,血源及性传播传染病呈下降趋势。结论焦作市法定传染病总体呈下降趋势,传染病疾病谱发生明显变化,防控形势依然严峻,要在继续做好肺结核、乙肝等慢性传染病防控的同时,重点加强对手足口病与其它感染性腹泻病等急性传染病的监测管理和预防控制。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trend of notifiable diseases in Jiaozuo from 2010 to2019,so as to provide the evidence for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the incidence data of notifiable diseases from national notifiable disease report system in Jiaozuo city from 2010 to 2019.Results The average annual incidence rate of notifiable diseases in Jiaozuo was 682.09/10 million,and the average annual mortality rate was 0.95/10 million during 10 years.The incidence rates of class A and B infectious diseases showed a downward trend,while the incidence of class C was increasing,and April-July and November-December were the seasons of high incidence of class C infectious diseases.The male to female ratio of reported morbidity was 1.34:1.Most cases were children aged 0-4 years,accounting for 32.70%of the total.Among all the cases,most were farmers,scattered children,homemakers and job seekers.The incidence rates were higher in core urban areas.In the past 10 years,the incidence rates of enteric infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases showed a rising trend,but blood-borne diseases and sexually transmitted infections were on the decline.Conclusions The notifiable diseases in Jiaozuo overall show a downward trend,and the spectrum of infectious diseases have changed significantly,but the situation of prevention and control is still grim.We should continue to do a good job in the prevention and control of chronic infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and hepatitis B,while focusing on strengthening the monitoring,management and prevention and control of acute infectious diseases such as hand-foot-and-mouth disease,other infectious diarrhoea and so on.
