摘要
目的:观察阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)的疗效及其对血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)和血小板计数的影响。方法:2015年1月~2019年4月本院收治的80例MPP患儿作为研究对象,用随机数表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床症状、体征消失时间和住院时间,临床疗效,血清CRP水平和血小板计数,不良反应。结果:观察组临床症状、体征消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组治疗后血清CRP和血小板计数分别为(3.65±0.96)mg/L和(198.36±42.01)×109/L,均低于对照组[(5.24±1.01)mg/L和(222.36±36.07)×109/L]。观察组总有效为95.00%,明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应发生率的比较无统计学差异。结论:阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗MPP效果满意,可以明显降低血清CRP水平和血小板计数,并且安全性好,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and its effect on serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and platelet count.Methods From January 2015 to April 2019,80 children with MPP in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium.The clinical symptoms,signs disappearance time and hospitalization time,clinical efficacy,serum CRP level,platelet count and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical symptoms,signs disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.After treatment,the serum CRP and platelet count in the observation group were(3.65±0.96)mg/L and(198.36±42.01)×109/L,respectively,lower than those in the control group[(5.24±1.01)mg/L and(222.36±36.07)×109/L].The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium is effective in the treatment of MPP.It can significantly reduce the level of serum CRP and platelet count.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
