摘要
目的:分析中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者临床治疗与预后,为高血压合并糖尿病临床治疗策略的选择提供参考依据。方法:选取我院2016年3月~2018年5月收治的170例中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者,使用随机数字表法将其分别纳入常规治疗组、综合治疗组,各85例。两组患者均接受常规降压(卡托普利)、降糖(拜糖平)药物治疗,必要时加用胰岛素皮下注射;观察组加用硝苯地平缓释片口服,两组患者疗程均持续4周。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、血糖变化,对比其治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后SBP、DBP及FPG、2 hPG均较治疗前下降,综合治疗组治疗后SBP、DBP及FPG、2 hPG均低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义。综合治疗组总有效率为94.12%,高于常规治疗组的65.88%,差异有统计学意义。结论:在常规降压、降糖治疗的基础上,联合应用硝苯地平缓释片不仅能够改善患者血压水平,还可提高降糖治疗效果,使患者预后质量获得更为明显的改善。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment and prognosis of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus,and to provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment strategies for hypertension and diabetes mellitus.Methods 170 young and middle-aged hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in the routine treatment group and the comprehensive treatment group with 85 cases in each group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with routine antihypertensive(captopril)and hypoglycemic(baitangping)drugs,and subcutaneous insulin injection was added if necessary.The observation group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets orally.The course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.The changes of blood pressure and blood sugar before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results After treatment,SBP,DBP,FPG and 2 hPG in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment.After treatment,SBP,DBP,FPG and 2 hPG in the comprehensive treatment group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the comprehensive treatment group was 94.12%,which was higher than 65.88%of the conventional treatment group.Conclusion On the basis of routine antihypertensive and hypoglycemic therapy,combined application of nifedipine sustained-release tablets can not only improve blood pressure level,but also improve the therapeutic effect of hypoglycemic therapy,so as to improve the prognosis quality of patients more significantly.
