摘要
目的:比较机械振动排痰与腹式呼吸训练对心脏大血管术后患者的排痰效果。方法:将2020年4月至12月收治的心脏大血管术后患者80例,按数字随机法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者采用腹式呼吸训练,观察组采用机械振动排痰护理,比较两组患者的排痰效果。结果:干预后,两组痰液总量、pH、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、呼吸频率、胸部X片、疼痛评分均较比干预前均有显著改善。与对照组相比,观察组在护理干预后PaO_(2)与排痰总量明显增加,而心率、呼吸频率、PaCO_(2)、ICU住院天数、肺部啰音消失时间明显降低。同时观察组在胸部X片、疼痛评分改善方面优于对照组。结论:与腹式呼吸训练,机械振动排痰能够促进心脏大血管术后病人排痰,并有助于患者血气功能改善,减少治疗用时,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To compare the expectoration effect of mechanical vibration and abdominal breathing training on patients after cardio-macrovascular surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing cardio-macrovascular surgery from April to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each.The patients in the control group received abdominal breathing training,and the observation group used mechanical vibration expectoration nursing.The expectoration effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the total amount of sputum,pH,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),respiratory rate,chest X-ray,and pain score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention.Compared with the control group,PaO_(2)and total sputum excretion increased significantly in the observation group after nursing intervention,and heart rate,respiratory rate,PaCO_(2),ICU hospitalization days,and lung rale disappearance time were significantly decreased.At the same time,the improvement of chest X-ray and pain score in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Compared with abdominal breathing training,mechanical vibration expectoration can promote patients’expectoration after cardio-macrovascular surgery,and help patients improve blood gas function,reduce treatment time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
