摘要
对于新中国前30年的社会主义探索实践,有着不同的评价。统计数据无可辩驳地表明,前30年的探索和建设的历史功绩不容否认。30年的建设成就,可以归结为:取得了社会主义建设奇迹;成就了改革开放的发展奇迹。从历史唯物主义和唯物辩证法出发,前30年中国选择计划经济有其历史必然性,计划经济非但没有失败,反而取得了巨大的功绩。随着中国经济社会的发展,计划经济已经完成了其历史使命,应该功成身退,让位给社会主义市场经济。否定前30年的种种观点是历史虚无主义的主要表现。对此应保持警惕并加以批判。
There are different evaluations about the first 30 years of China’s socialist exploration practice.According to statistics,the historical achievements of the first 30 years of socialism should not be denied The achievements can be summed up in two areas:it achieved the miracle of socialist construction and it layed the foundation for miracle of development since Chinese reform and opening up.In the first 30 years of socialism China’s planned economy has its historical inevitability.The planned economy has made great achievements instead of failure.All kinds of views which denied?the achievements of the first 30 years of socialism are the manifestation of historical nihilism.We must remain vigilant about it and we must criticize it.
