摘要
目的探讨加味当归四逆汤与温针灸配合对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年9月河南大学淮河医院风湿免疫科收治的68例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(34例,温针灸治疗)和研究组(34例,温针灸+加味当归四逆汤治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症候积分、膝关节功能、步行能力及临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组中医症候积分低于对照组[(6.25±0.71)分比(9.03±1.02)分],Lsholm量表评分与Tinetti量表评分高于对照组[(89.24±9.12)分比(78.26±7.83)分;(24.34±2.56)分比(20.16±2.31)分;94.12%比73.53%],治疗总有效率高于对照组;(P<0.05)。结论加味当归四逆汤与温针灸配合治疗在改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能及步行能力方面均显示出良好效果。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Danggui Sini Decoction combined with warm needle moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(34 cases,warm acupuncture treatment)and study group(34 cases were treated with warming needle moxibustion and madified Danggui Sini Decoction).The scores of TCM syndrome,knee joint function,walking ability and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of Lsholm scale and Tinetti scale were higher than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group[(6.25±0.71)points to(9.03±1.02)points;(89.24±9.12)points ratio(78.26±7.83)points;(24.34±2.56)points ratio(20.16±2.31)points;94.12%to 73.53%](P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Sini decoction combined with warm needle moxibustion has shown good results in improving knee joint function and walking ability in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
