摘要
目的观察舍曲林联合认知行为疗法治疗首发青少年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取郑州市第八人民医院2019年10月—2020年10月收治的60例青少年抑郁症患者,按数字表法随机分为两组。研究组采用舍曲林联合认知行为疗法治疗,对照组单用舍曲林治疗,进行为期8周的治疗。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)在治疗前及治疗的第2、4、8周末对入组患者进行测评。在治疗第2、4、8周末使用不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗8周后研究组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率73.3%,研究组较对照组有效率更高,差异有统计学意义。组内比较在治疗第2周末研究组HAMD评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组HAMD评分则在治疗第4周末才较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05)。组间比较,从治疗的第4周末开始HAMD评分比较,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论舍曲林联合认知行为治疗青少年抑郁症,起效快,有效率更高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sertraline combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of First-episode adolescent depression.Methods A total of 60 adolescent depression patients admitted to Zhengzhou Eighth People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table.The study group was treated with sertraline combined with cognitive behavioral therapy,and the control group was treated with sertraline alone for 8 weeks of treatment.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the enrolled patients before treatment and at the end of the second,fourth,and eighth week of treatment.The Adverse Reaction Symptom Scale(TESS)was used to assess adverse reactions at the second,fourth,and eighth weekend of treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%.The study group had higher efficiency than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Intra-group comparison the HAMD score of the study group was significantly lower than before treatment at the second weekend of treatment(P<0.05),while the HAMD score of the control group was significantly lower than before treatment at the fourth weekend of treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups There was a significant difference in HAMD scores from the 4 th weekend of treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Sertraline combined with cognitive behavioral therapy for adolescent depression has quick onset and higher efficiency,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
