摘要
外感发热后心肌受损是临床上一种常见疾病,根据中医理论一般将其按照"心悸"、"胸痹"等进行辨证施治。导师姚魁武在临床上善于运用和合思想,和合思想在辨治心悸、发热,调护脾胃等方面具有中医治疗优势。姚师认为外感发热后的心肌损伤多由外邪袭肺后内舍心包,伤及心脉所致,其病机为心脉阴阳失和,气血营卫失养,因此治疗以调和气血阴阳,并兼顾正气及脾胃为主。常用方有升降散、生脉散、玉屏风散、四物汤等,并根据病情变化予以调试。
Myocardial injury after exogenous fever is a common disease in clinic,in traditional Chinese medicine,it is classified as"palpitation","chest pain". Dr.YAO Kuiwu,the chief physician,made good use of harmonization method in clinic practice,harmonization method has unique advantages in treating palpitations,fever and sleeplessness according to different etiology. Dr.YAO believed that the myocardial injury after exogenous fever was mostly caused by the disharmony of yin and yang in heart and the loss of qi and blood. Therefore,the treatment is to harmonize qi,blood,yin and yang,and give attention to spleen and stomach. Common prescriptions are Shengjiang powder,Shengmai powder,Yupingfeng powder,Siwu decoction,etc..
