摘要
目的观察中药联合针刺对支气管哮喘急性发作(AEBA)(非危重)者症状评分和肺功能的影响。方法将我院60例AEBA(非危重)患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采用布地奈德混悬液+硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药联合针刺治疗。比较两组疗效、症状积分、肺功能、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组症状积分、EOS、FeNO低于治疗前,观察组症状积分、EOS、FeNO低于对照组(P<0.05);两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)、ACT高于治疗前,观察组FEV1、FVC、MVV、ACT高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药联合针刺治疗AEBA(非危重)者效果更好,能缓解症状评分,提高肺功能,降低炎性反应。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on symptom scores and lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma(AEBA)(non critical).Methods Sixty patients with AEBA(non critical)were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Control group was treated with budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol sulfate,and observation group was treated with Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group.The efficacy,symptom score,pulmonary function,Eosinophil(EOS),exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),and asthma control test(ACT)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the symptom scores,EOS,and FeNO of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum ventilation volume(MVV)and ACT in the first second of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture was more effective in treating AEBA(non critical)patients,alleviating symptom scores,improving lung function,and reducing inflammatory reactions.
