摘要
内蒙古电力生产调度楼地上7层,主体结构高度33.3m,选用框架-剪力墙结构体系,结构平面尺寸165m×70m。首先结合本工程楼板不连续不规则属性说明了针对的结构计算措施和构造设计要点。随后,系统介绍了局部剪力墙间距较大不规则对应的计算措施和设计措施。最后,对立面尺寸突变、穿层柱、扭转不规则等影响相对较小的不规则控制措施对应的设计措施进行了补充说明。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的结构不规则控制措施,原结构的超限属性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标及承载力验算结果可以较好的满足设定目标,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
Inner Mongolia electric power production and dispatching building has 7 floors above the ground,the main structure height is 33.3 m,the frame shear wall structure system was selected,and the structure plane size is 165 m×70 m.In this paper,the structural calculation measures and the key points of structural design were explained in the light of the discontinuous and irregular properties of the floor in this project.Then,the calculation measures and design measures for the large and irregular spacing of local shear walls were systematically introduced.At last,the design measures of the irregular control measures,which have relatively small influence,such as the sudden change of elevation dimension,the crossing column and the torsion irregularity were supplemented.The research and design results show that:through the selection of reasonable structural irregular control measures,the over limit property of the original structure is effectively controlled,the calculation indexes and bearing capacity checking results of the structure can better meet the set objectives,the structure is safe and reliable,and the structure design is feasible.
