变电站全预制装配式事故油池的结构设计 被引量:1

Structural design of fully prefabricated accident oil pool in transformer substation

摘要 结合在设计和应用上均已成熟的地下综合管廊的设计规范和设计图集,选取综合管廊图集中"单舱纵向锁紧承插式接头"接缝方案作为大体积地下事故油池全预制装配化方案的接缝方案。借鉴承插式接头的最新研究成果,从施工和设计角度针对本文的承插式接缝处薄弱环节给出施工和设计建议;分析地下事故油池和地下综合管廊在结构形式和受力工况上的异同点,并对接缝处中间预制单元和端部预制单元在侧土压力下对侧板,在上部覆土荷载、活载、顶板自重作用下对顶板,以及在基底净反力下对底板的自由边挠度差进行分析;在池内油水侧压力下对接缝处高强螺栓的受拉承载力和变形进行分析,通过使接缝处外边缘的"错开裂缝"小于防水要求的裂缝控制值,得出配置钢筋后的预制单元的合理板厚,从而得出前述事故油池全预制装配化方案是可行的,并根据计算给出相应的建议。 Combined with the design specifications and design drawings of the underground utility tunnel,which have been mature in both design and application,the joint scheme of“single cabin longitudinal locking socket joint”in the Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Atlas is selected as the joint scheme of full prefabricated assembly of large underground accident oil tank.Drawing on the latest research results of the socket joint,the paper gives some suggestions on the weak links of the socket joint from the construction and design aspects In this paper,the similarities and differences between the underground oil pool and the underground utility tunnel are analyzed in terms of structural forms and loading conditions,and the opposite side plates of the intermediate and end precast units at the joint are compared under the lateral earth pressure,the deflection difference of the free edge of the roof is analyzed under the action of the overlying soil load,the live load and the dead weight of the roof,and the net reaction of the foundation The tensile bearing capacity and deformation of the High Strength Bolt at the joint are analyzed under the oil and water side pressure in the pool,by making the“staggered crack”at the outer edge of the joint less than the crack control value required for waterproofing,the reasonable thickness of the precast unit with steel bars is obtained,and the precast assembly plan of the accident oil pool is feasible,and the corresponding suggestions are given according to the calculation.
