摘要
万郡房产涟水住宅项目的钢结构住宅部分采用Tekla软件进行可视化参数平台进行建模,在深化设计工作中,尝试性采用了编程建模的方式,避免了重复且枯燥的手动建模步骤,提高了设计效率。BIM技术具有可视化、协调性、模拟性等巨大优势。基于BIM的三维模型,通过参数化的智能管理,可以在设计过程中尽早发现并且解决各专业的碰撞、冲突问题,提高设计质量。
Parametric modeling method based on Tekla software was adopted in structure design of the steel structure in Lianshi.This method could decrease huge amounts of works of manual modeling to a great extent,and boost design efficiency because of its unique visual programming manner. The technology of BIM has many notable fatures,such as visualization,coordination,simulation. The 3 D modeling method based on BIM technology has parametric management function,which could check and solve design collisions among different specialities automatically,significantly decrease the difficulties of coordination fi modifications in the last stage of design existed,and finally improve design quality.
