摘要
外挂墙板具有工期短、造价低、绿色环保等优点,目前已成为装配式建筑的主要构件之一,也是装配率计算的重要组成部分。传统混凝土外挂墙板重量大,运输、吊装、安装均不方便,因此外挂墙板的轻质化成为重要研究方向,如采用泡沫混凝土、轻骨料混凝土、蒸压加气混凝土、木材等轻质材料。在上述研究的基础上,提出了一种新型外挂墙板—轻骨料混凝土空心外挂墙板,从而大幅减轻墙板自重,方便构件的运输、安装及节点连接设计,并给出了该种外挂墙板的受力分析及设计方法,同时考虑了反翘效应对点支承墙板应力及挠度的影响,推导了相应理论计算公式。采用有限元方法证明了分析设计方法及相应理论计算公式的正确性,可为该类墙板的应用及设计提供参考。
The external wall panel has advantages of short construction time,low cost and green environmental protection,which has become one of the main components of prefabricated buildings and an important part for calculating the prefabrication rate.Traditional external wall panel weighs heavily,resulting in inconvenience of transportation,lifting and installation.Therefore,it becomes an important research direction that how to reduce its weight,for example,lightweight material is used such as foam concrete,lightweight aggregate concrete,autoclaved aerated concrete and wood.Based on the study mentioned above,a new type of external wall panel lightweight aggregate concrete hollow external wall panel is proposed,which greatly reduces the weight of members,thus helping to transportation,installation of components and simplifying the process of node design.Force analysis and design method are put forward for the sort of external wall board and retroflection effect is considered.The analysis design method is proven to be true with the finite element method,which provides reference for the application and design of such sort of external wall board.
