Design of waste rapid transfer system for super high-rise buildings

摘要 随着国内超高层建筑的兴起,由于运输通道因素以及建筑绝对标高的限制,高区建筑垃圾清运效率低、成本高及制约其他施工作业等问题日益浮现。基于此类问题,提出了一种采用标准节筒体、缓冲装置及固定环撑共同组成的超高层建筑垃圾快速转运系统,采用实验室仿真和现场试验相结合的方法印证了该系统实现垃圾快速转运清理的有效性。结果表明,该系统有效地抑制了遗撒扬尘、噪音污染和势能冲击破坏等现象,规避了高空击打的危险,保证了安全文明施工。 With the rise of super high-rise buildings in China,due to the limitation of transportation channels and absolute elevation of buildings,problems such as low efficiency of construction waste removal and transportation,high cost and restriction of other construction operations are increasingly emerging.Based on these problems,this paper proposes a fast garbage transfer system for super high-rise buildings,which is composed of standard cylinder,buffer device and fixed ring support.The effectiveness of this system for fast garbage transfer and cleaning is verified by combining laboratory simulation and field test.The results show that the system effectively restrains the phenomenon of scattering dust,noise pollution and potential energy impact damage,avoids the danger of high altitude strike,and ensures safe and civilized construction.
