呼和浩特地铁明挖法换乘车站节能减排技术创新

Technology innovation on energy-saving and emission reduction of an open-cut transfer station in Hohhot subway

摘要 针对城市地铁车站节能减排标准化施工所面临的主要问题,在总结内蒙古自治区呼和浩特东站相关研究成果的基础上,提出BIM技术在深基坑工程中应用、地铁车站冬季热风炉保温施工技术、深基坑侧壁夹层水处理施工技术等一系列的节能减排创新技术。结果表明:冬季施工混凝土养护采用多介质燃料热风炉,达到节能减排效果,采用保暖棚、塑料薄膜与锅炉供暖系统,确保在寒冷地区气温冬季正常施工;基坑内侧采用PVC管桩间引流+桩间内侧盲沟排水+集水坑抽水,将基坑内的夹层水通过引流管及盲沟汇至集水坑,能够保证基坑安全稳定;引入BIM技术的三维可视化、虚拟施工等在现场,将工程质量、进度、成本进行严格控制。 In view of the main problems faced by the standardization construction of energy conservation and emission reduction in urban subway stations,On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results of Hohhot East Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,a series of innovative technologies for energy saving and emission reduction are proposed,such as the application of BIM technology in deep foundation pit engineering,the thermal insulation construction technology of hot blast stove in subway stations in winter,and the interlayer of deep foundation pit sidewalls.Water treatment construction technology and so on.The results show that:in the construction of concrete maintenance in winter,the use of a multi-medium fuel hot blast stove can achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction;the use of a thermal shed,plastic film,and boiler heating system can ensure normal construction in cold regions in winter;PVC is used inside the foundation pit drainage between pipe piles+drainage of the inner blind ditch between piles+water collection pit pumping,the interlayer water in the foundation pit is collected to the collection pit through the drainage pipe and blind ditch,which can ensure the safety and stability of the foundation pit;3D visualization of BIM technology is introduced on-site,virtual construction,etc.,to strictly control the quality,progress,and cost.
