摘要
为研究不同类型钢纤维混凝土盾构管片的抗弯性能,设计了缩尺模型管片,定量对比分析了钢筋混凝土(RC)管片与钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)管片的承载性能和裂缝扩展规律。结果表明:对于厚度为270mm的管片,采用45kg/m^(3)的3D型钢纤维和25kg/m^(3)的4D型钢纤维均可以实现替代箍筋70%,纵筋17%的目标。
In order to study the flexural behavior of different types of steel fiber concrete shield segments, a scale model segment was designed, and the load-bearing performance and crack propagation laws of Reinforced Concrete(RC)segment and Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete(SFRC) segment were quantitatively compared and analyzed. The results show that for the 270mm thick segment, 70% of the stirrups and 17% of the longitudinal stirrups can be replaced by 45kg/m^(3) 3D steel fiber and 25kg/m^(3) 4D steel fiber.
