摘要
当前装配式住宅建筑楼板主要采用叠合板的形式,针对当前装配式混凝土框架结构建筑装配率低、叠合板施工湿作业量大、现场施工质量不易控制的问题,提出了一种简单高效的免于现浇叠合的新型全预制板,通过对预制板与预制梁、柱的搭接节点进行构造设计,采用早强、高强水泥基灌浆料对预留键槽进行浇筑,可以在三天时间内使节点区域混凝土强度达到继续施工的要求,在现场较大的降低了传统混凝土叠合板施工的湿作业量,同时缩短了施工工期,可以快速完成整体拼装,对装配式住宅快速成形技术研究有参考意义。
At present, the floor slab of prefabricated residential building mainly adopts the form of composite slab. In view of the current prefabricated concrete frame structure assembly rate is low, the construction of concrete composite slab is wet, site construction quality is not easy to control, puts forward a simple and efficient from a new type of the fully prefabricated slab without cast-in-place superposition, through the slab with precast beam and column joints structure design, the early strength, high strength cement grouting material is adopted to obligate keyway for casting, it can make the concrete strength in the joint area reach the requirement of continuous construction within three days,greatly reduce the wet operation amount of traditional concrete composite slab construction on site, and shorten the construction period, and can quickly complete the whole assembly, which has reference significance for the study of prefabricated residential rapid prototyping technology.
