高铁主站房钢结构屋盖设计分析

摘要 高铁主站房候车大厅屋盖采用不等距正放四角锥网架结构体系,下部支承结构为钢筋混凝土框架结构。网架平面尺寸约为57m×130m,结合建筑屋盖曲面造型采用结构找形方案,同时设置斜撑杆减小悬挑尺寸,实现建筑挑檐轻盈飞扬的效果。为充分考虑钢结构屋盖和混凝土框架结构的相互影响,上部与下部结构连接模型采用多种支座约束条件模拟,同时采用3D3S和MIDAS Gen两种不同的有限元软件对比分析,并采用独立模型和整体模型的计算结果进行包络设计。采用抗震球铰支座作为钢结构屋盖的关键支承,承担竖向压力、竖向拉力及水平剪力,将上部荷载有效传递至下部混凝土框架结构。斜撑杆采用两端铰接模型,上端与焊接球节点焊接,下端与框架柱采用销轴连接,连接设计合理有效。 The roof of the waiting hall of the main station of the high-speed railway adopts an unequally spaced upright quadrangular pyramid grid structure system, and the lower supporting structure is a reinforced concrete frame structure.The plane size of the grid is about 57m×130m, and the structural form-finding scheme is adopted in combination with the curved surface shape of the building roof. At the same time, diagonal struts are set to reduce the size of the overhang and achieve the effect of light and flying building eaves. In order to fully consider the interaction between the steel structure roof and the concrete frame structure, the connection model of the upper and lower structures is simulated by a variety of bearing constraints. At the same time, two different finite element softwares, 3D3S and MIDAS Gen, are used for comparative analysis, and an independent model is used. The envelope design is carried out with the calculation results of the overall model. The anti-seismic spherical hinge bearing is used as the key support of the steel structure roof,which bears the vertical pressure, vertical tension and horizontal shear force, and effectively transmits the upper load to the lower concrete frame structure. The diagonal strut adopts the hinged model at both ends, the upper end is welded with the welded ball joint, and the lower end is connected with the frame column by the pin shaft, and the connection design is reasonable and effective.
