摘要
某地下室工程基础形式采用天然基础加防水板。在基础施工过程中发现局部邻近基坑边处地基为软弱土层且厚度较厚,与地质勘察报告揭露的情况相差较大。在本工程工期紧张,工程预算有限的情况下为解决场地内持力层分布与地质勘察报告不符的意外情况,专门进行了地基和基础处理方案分析。通过比较表明了静压锚杆桩在处理上述应急问题上的优势。此外,通过该工程案例介绍了了静压锚杆桩的单桩设计、桩位布置、构件连接等设计要点,表明了该桩在处理此类问题上具有较好的效果,为类似工程问题提供一定参考。
The foundation form of a basement project introduced in this paper was natural foundation and waterproof board. In the process of foundation construction, it was found that the foundation near the edge of the foundation pit was soft and thick, which is quite different from the situation revealed by the geological survey report. In order to solve the unexpected situation that the distribution of the bearing layer in the site is inconsistent with the geological survey report,the foundation treatment plan were analyzed specially under the condition of the project time limit and the limited project budget. By comparison, the advantages of static pressure bolt pile in dealing with the above emergency problems were shown. In addition, this paper introduced the design points of single pile design, pile placement and component connection of static pressure bolt pile through the engineering case, which showed that the pile has a good effect in dealing with such problems, and provides a certain reference for similar engineering problems.
