设计参数对箱形截面新型装配式连接系统刚度的影响

摘要 节点或连接系统是装配式单层网壳结构的关键部件,其约束刚度对结构整体分析和节点设计起关键控制作用。以一种新型装配式连接系统为研究对象,运用Abaqus进行数值模拟,先研究预紧力对连接系统刚度的影响,接着通过正交数值试验,讨论(端板厚度、螺栓直径、螺栓间距以及承压凸缘截面积)4种构造参数在19种主要控制工况下对连接系统刚度的影响。结果表明:预紧力能提高多数工况下的拉伸、弯曲和剪切刚度,对压缩刚度无贡献。连接系统的拉伸刚度和弯曲刚度与端板厚度、螺栓间距和螺栓直径呈线性正相关;连接系统的剪切刚度与四个构造参数均有关,在不同工况下影响程度有所不同;压缩刚度只与承压凸缘截面积有关,呈线性正相关。除压缩刚度外,连接系统其他刚度均因组合不同变形产生不同显著变化。 The joint or connection system is the key component of the assembled single-layer reticulated shell structure,and its constraint stiffness plays a key control role in the overall analysis and joint design of the structure.In this Paper,a new type of assembled connection system is taken as the research object,and Abaqus is used for numerical simulation.Firstly,the influence of pre-tightening force on the stiffness of the connection system is studied.Then,through orthogonal numerical test,the influence of four structural Parameters(end plate thickness,bolt diameter,bolt sPacing and cross-sectional area of pressure flange)on the stiffness of the connection system under 19 main control conditions is discussed.The results show that the preload can improve the tensile,bending and shear stiffness under most working conditions,and has no contribution to the compression stiffness.The tensile stiffness and bending stiffness of the connection system are linearly positively correlated with the end plate thickness,bolt sPacing and bolt diameter;the shear stiffness of the connection system is related to the four structural Parameters,and the degree of influence is different under different working conditions.The compression stiffness is only related to the cross-sectional area of the pressure flange and is linearly positively correlated.Except for the compression stiffness,other stiffnesses of the connecting system vary significantly due to different combinations of deformations.
