高喷复合钢管桩在既有高层建筑基础加固中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 结合沿海地区某高层基础加固工程的实际案例,通过对完工后高喷复合钢管桩的承载力进行静载荷试验,对各项理论数据、试验数据、施工数据进行分类汇总统计,分析实际检测试验数据与理论计算数值之间的差异,探讨了产生差异的原因,研究数理统计后的各项数据差值,最后得出了高喷复合钢管桩的提高幅度值以及该桩型在高层建筑基础加固中的优势。其研究结果表明,高喷复合钢管桩在既有高层建筑基础加固项目中,对比常规桩基有着明显优势:1)高喷复合钢管桩对比常规的预制桩土层桩穿透性更强;2)通过高压旋喷形成大直径的复合段,有效提高桩基承载力;3)高喷复合钢管桩对既有基础底板的损伤更小;4)施工简便快捷,可做到基础加固中不影响上部结构继续施工。 Based on the actual case of a high-rise foundation reinforcement project in Zhejiang Province,this paper carries out static load test on the bearing capacity of high-pressure jet grouting pile combined with steel pipe pile after completion,classifies and summarizes various theoretical data,test data and construction data,analyzes the differences between actual test data and theoretical calculation values,discusses the reasons for the differences,and studies the differences of various data after mathematical statistics,At last,the improvement range of high-pressure jet grouting pile combined with steel pipe pile and the advantages of this pile type in the foundation reinforcement of high-rise buildings are obtained.The research results show that the high-pressure jet grouting pile combined with steel pipe pile has obvious advantages over the conventional pile foundation in the existing high-rise building foundation reinforcement project:1)The high-pressure jet grouting pile combined with steel pipe pile has stronger penetration than the conventional prefabricated pile soil layer pile;2)Large diameter composite section is formed by high-pressure jet grouting,which effectively improves the bearing capacity of pile foundation;3)High pressure jet grouting pile combined with steel pipe pile has less damage to the existing foundation slab;4)The construction is simple and fast,which can ensure that the foundation reinforcement does not affect the continued construction of the superstructure.
