摘要
基于湖北省保康至神农架高速公路箱梁施工工程,对波形钢腹板PC桥超长边跨直线段施工工艺进行创新。该方法主要包括四个步骤,分别为:托架安装、首段边跨现浇施工、波形钢腹板预合龙和剩余边跨直线段浇筑。托架安装包括将边跨直线段划分为两个施工段,两侧对称预埋安装托架并加载预压以作为第一个施工段的支撑平台;首段边跨现浇施工包括安装波形钢腹板并浇筑设定长度的边跨现浇段;波形钢腹板预合龙包括安装边跨合龙段波形钢腹板,使其与两侧的波形钢腹板相连接而形成边跨通道;该通道能够支撑挂篮移动,待其移动锚固到位后进行钢筋及预应力施工,浇筑剩余边跨直线段。该施工工艺可有效解决传统大托架等制成方式中耗工、耗材、安全性较低的问题。
Based on the box girder construction project of Baokang-Shennongjia Expressway in Hubei Province,we innovate the construction process of the extra-long side span straight section of corrugated steel web PC bridge.There are four main steps in this method,which are:bracket installation,first section of cast-in-place side span construction,corrugated steel web closure and remaining straight section of side span poured.The bracket installation includes dividing the straight section of the side span into two construction sections,pre-installing brackets symmetrically on both sides and loading preload to serve as a support platform for the first construction section;the first section of cast-in-place side span construction includes installation of corrugated steel webs and casting of a set length of cast-in-place side span section;the corrugated steel web closure includes the installation of side span closure section corrugated steel webs so that they are connected to the corrugated steel webs on both sides to form side span channels;This channel is able to support the movement of the hanging basket,which will be moved and anchored into place for reinforcement and prestressing construction,thus pouring the remaining straight section of the side span.With this process,we can effectively solve the problems of traditional large brackets and other manufacturing methods that consume labor,consumables and low safety.
