不同杆件间节点转动刚度对盘扣式支架力学性能影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 盘扣式支架节点转动刚度是影响其结构受力的关键因素,为明确不同类型节点转动刚度大小对于支架力学性能的影响,采用有限元软件ANSYS,对盘扣支架标准节建模,通过赋予杆件之间joint单元不同的转动刚度值,分别对竖向荷载及水平荷载作用下的不同杆件内力及支架整体承载力进行对比分析。结果表明,不同类型节点转动刚度对于盘扣支架的力学性能影响存在差异,且节点转动刚度对于杆件内力及支架整体承载力的影响呈明显的非线性,各类节点转动刚度在0~150kN·mm/rad变化时,对结构的受力性能影响最为显著,其中水平杆-竖杆节点转动刚度对于杆件内力及支架整体性能影响最为明显。依据本研究结果,可对现有盘扣式支架承担不同方向荷载时的杆件选型、节点设计及优化提供参考,确保安全并能提高支架搭设效率。 The nodal rotational stiffness of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold is a key factor affecting the structural forces.In order to clarify the effect of different types of nodal rotational stiffness on the mechanical performance of the bracket,use the finite element software ANSYS model the single standard section of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold,and by giving different rotational stiffness values of joint units between the bars,the internal forces of different bars and the overall bearing capacity of the bracket under vertical load and horizontal load are compared and analyzed respectively.The results show that there are differences in the effects of different types of nodal rotational stiffness on the mechanical properties of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold,and the effects of nodal rotational stiffness on the internal forces of the bars and the overall bearing capacity of the bracket are obviously nonlinear,and the effects of various types of nodal rotational stiffness on the structural force performance are most significant when the nodal rotational stiffness varies from 0 to 150kN·mm/rad.The most obvious influence on the overall performance of the bracket is the rotational stiffness of the horizontal bar-vertical bar node.Based on the results of this study,it can provide reference for the rod selection,node design and optimization of the existing coiled buckle bracket when bearing different directional loads,and ensure the safety and improve the bracket erection efficiency.
