摘要
在东亚以及整个亚洲区域,韩、日足球一直走在前列,并且在向世界足球强国方向发展,这主要得益于韩、日健全的青少年足球培养体系,尤其是学校足球竞赛体系的构建,不仅其职业化联赛体制比较成熟,校园足球联赛体系也非常完善。而我国青少年足球后备人才的培养则是非常落后,职业竞赛体系虽然在不断完善,但是校园足球竞赛体系不完备,中国足球缺乏可持续发展能力和国际竞争力。对此,在对韩国和日本学校足球竞赛体系的概况进行总结的基础上,积极借鉴韩、日学校足球竞赛的成功经验,以海南省为例,就学校足球竞赛体系的构建提出了相应的对策和建议。
In east Asia and the whole Asian region,South Korea and Japan football has been walk in the forefront,and to develop in the direction of the football world powers,thanks to South Korea,Japan and improve the system of juvenile football training,especially the construction of school football competition system,not only the professional league system more mature,the campus football league system is very perfect.However,the training of youth football reserve talents in China is very backward.Although the professional competition system is constantly improving,the campus football competition system is not complete,and Chinese football lacks the ability of sustainable development and international competitiveness.On the basis of summarizing the general situation of school football competition system in South Korea and Japan,this paper actively draws on the successful experience of school football competition in South Korea and Japan,and then takes hainan province as an example to put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of school football competition system.
