摘要
发展环境是影响跨境电商成长的关键要素,构建系统的评价体系、采取科学的方法对优化跨境电商发展环境具有现实意义。本文构建跨境电商发展环境评价指标体系,以2017年全国31省市(区)跨境电商发展环境数据集为研究样本,采用因子聚类分析法实施综合评价。研究表明:整体上我国跨境电商发展环境水平不高,内部差异显著;不同地区跨境电商发展环境外部呈现差异性,内部以相似性为主,呈四级阶梯状分布;不同地区及同一地区内部各跨境电商发展子环境与其整体发展环境存在较大的差异性。最后,针对我国跨境电商发展环境评价结果提出相应的优化建议。
The development of environment is a key factor which influences the growth of cross-border e-commerce.Constructing a systematic evaluation system and adopting a scientific method are of practical significance for optimizing the development environment of cross-border e-commerce.This paper constructs an environmental evaluation index system for cross-border e-commerce development.Based on the 2017 national cross-border e-commerce development environment data set in 31 provinces(municipalities/regions)in the country as a research sample,a factor cluster analysis method is used for comprehensive evaluation.The research shows that:overall,China’s cross-border e-commerce development environment is not high,and internal differences are significant;the cross-border e-commerce development environment in different regions is different from the outside,with internal similarity as the main,showing a four-level stepwise distribution;significant differences are existed between the cross-border e-commerce development sub-environments and their overall development environment.Finally,according to the environmental assessment results of China’s cross-border e-commerce development,corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.
