基于区块链的供应链金融平台优化策略研究 被引量:68

摘要 通过对供应链金融代表性企业的调研,分析供应链金融运营和服务模式、发展现状以及发展瓶颈,总结区块链技术赋能供应链金融的信任重构、发展模式及问题,提出优化思路和策略,即通过搭建与物流对应的数字孪生系统,培育小微企业信用,增加实时风险监测、动态信用评估、资产竞价适配、数据仓库和政府监督接口等系统模块,应用新型供应链金融平台,以更好地发挥市场激励机制,规范供应链金融的运营和监管,实现产业链中的信用、声誉等契约要素量化、传递和交易,形成数字经济环境下供应链金融发展的新型架构;同时,政府应积极借助新型区块链加密技术,优化、提升监管能力。 By examining representative enterprises in supply chain finance,this study analyzed the operations and service model,development status,and development bottlenecks of supply chain finance.It also summarized the blockchain-empowered trust reconstruction and development model in supply chain finance,in order to propose optimization strategies for supply chain finance platforms.That is,a digital twin system corresponding to logistics can be built to cultivate small and micro enterprise credit,along with the use of system modules,such as real-time risk monitoring,dynamic credit evaluation,asset-bidding adaptation,data warehouses,and government supervision interfaces.New supply chain finance platforms can be used to realize the market incentive mechanism,while the operation and supervision of supply chain finance can be standardized to realize the quantification,transmission,and trading of contract elements such as credit and reputation in the industry chain;this can help form a new structure for the development of supply chain finance in the digital economy environment.Simultaneously,the government should actively leverage the new blockchain encryption technology to enhance its regulatory capabilities.
